Essential Functions (Responsibilities):! |6 f3 a u( A
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:
- I, E ~" C+ w( A; }' c+ I- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
% x: Q2 `: ^5 [5 w+ F- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs
& L! C# a. P! F' N' D- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.8 \5 Y: Z y4 {/ y* p
- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.

- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
0 I. J; ]' G8 e8 A0 Z" t-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office
# o8 l$ R2 H8 v( K-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
5 U& X* p4 ^% f' Z( ]- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations

* ~& }$ o a5 C6 I- eQualifications / Requirements:
( P5 }% N: k/ i, j3 l; z2 F3 T% Z: q$ h* C9 c
- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience. $ z5 a0 u8 Z* V8 c0 |7 H2 {
- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
3 n8 I3 I. C3 f3 \' A- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment
